Terrible service for requesting reports compared to the neighboring agencies where they see you standing and some advisor comes to ask and clarify your doubts. It took me 20 minutes standing in the pre-owned area and no one helped me, so I had to go in to see if someone was willing to help, taking into account that from inside the facilities they saw me standing outside.
